We have been required to showcase the finest of NZ’s food and wine for the New Zealand High Commission and New Zealand UK based companies.
We have faced many challenges in serving authentic cuisine for a variety of ethnic and cultural groups. We embrace these opportunities, whether they be vegetarian Indian, paella for the Spanish Embassy or traditional haggis & neeps for Burn’s night. Presenting the new season truffle to the Italian Marquis Antinori and fellow dignitaries was nerve wracking, but very well received.
Events range from small dinners to cocktail parties, weddings, BBQ’s and large formal dinners. Old habits die hard, so lamb on the spit is a specialty & an authentic hangi in a beautifully manicured English country garden an interesting, but successful challenge.
