New Head Chef Louis Eghan plates up his first menu at Suze in Mayfair today.

Louis comes back to his roots where he did his apprenticeship over 20 years ago! Still fresh faced and enthusiastic which is apparent in his new spring menu. Louis adds his culinary flair to suze classics – NZ Lamb, NZ Mussels, Aussie Ribeye and also brings with him his legendary Kangaroo and Wild Boar Terrine.
